Core C James Eudy, Ph.D.  Chittibabu (Babu) Guda, Ph.D. The Bioinformatics and Genomics Core (Core C) will serve as a linchpin in the overall success of the program project by supporting the methodological, technological and infrastructural needs of the research projects. Core C will be led by Drs. Babu Guda (Core Lead) and James Eudy (Co-Core Lead), who will provide complementary expertise in Bioinformatics and Genomics areas, respectively. Drs. Guda and Eudy are both the founding directors of Bioinformatics and Genomics Cores, respectively, at UNMC with a long-term working relationship and over 30+ years of combined experience in building Core infrastructure, developing or adopting to emerging technologies in the genomics and bioinformatics realms, acquiring instrumentation, and successfully running Core operations. |
